How We Will Keep It Green

   It is one of Rabbit Room's top guiding principals to operate their business in a way that's in keeping with healthy ecological values. Whether it's how we deal with our trash or the way in which we sell earth friendly products, we'll continue to deal business in a way that we (and you) can be proud of.
   Our lead "cafe catalyst" Jeni (Jenny) Dunn will implement a "green roof" on our building that will be both environmentally friendly and serve as a growth place for herbs that will be infused with our teas. How many cafe's can say,
   "that tea you're drinking was, in part grown right here"?
   "We will employ natural lighting and solar energy as well", says Jeni who is currently enrolled in environmental education classes. She looks forward to implementing this training into the Rabbit Room experience.
